Upon contacting Luiza in customer service she did an amazing job of making sure our concerns were addressed properly. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. In the end we were very happy with our order and would definitely use this company again.

Nov 12,2023This was a gift for my sister-in-law's mother who was recently widowed. She and her 90 year old husband were very close. When he passed, she asked for us to come see her. When I returned, my wife and I sought something to give her for a remembrance. You work is outstanding quality and was a very welcome surprise to her in a difficult time. We will be return customers, hopefully with a happier request next time.

Nov 06,2023I had to have this redone because there was a line through and below my wifes right eye... Got the replacement and that line is gone but now there is a darker "smudge" on the end of her nose and I have a line down the middle of my nose... wonder if they check these before sending out?
