May 22,2025My Mum and I were dreading going shopping for a new bed and sofa. We went to Archers at Birkenshaw, Uddingston today and the help we got from Lynn was nothing short of excellent. Lynn was very patient with my elderly Mum and explained very clearly the different options of beds and helped her try them out. We couldn't believe we ended up getting a bed and a sofa and quite a few other items from Archers and this saved us from trailing around other shops. Lynn was very knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable with her, she is an absolute credit to Archers. My Mum was delighted with the help Lynn gave and and said Lynn made the whole experience easy and pleasant from start to finish. A million thanks Lynn for making my elderly Mum feel happy and valued and for all your help, we so appreciated it.

I suffer from spinal stenosis I advised what I was looking for and he discussed a few options and showed me a few mattresses discussing the product whilst making sure I was happy and my decision was made based on the wealth of info and genuine assistance he provided us. We discussed every aspect of the whole process. Was refreshing to experience such attention to detail and customer satisfaction. A credit to Archers Andrew many thanks
