Oct 26,2013I buy Barking Heads TLC for my two Labrador girls and always buy online. Every time I need food I Google for the best price. This time the best price for the 18kg bag ( not widely available ) was Big Dog World. Within about half an hour of ordering I'd had a text saying it would be delivered the next day. The other reason I chose BDW was that they use DPD courier who are the best. The next day I had a text from DPD to say the hour that my order would be delivered. Service amazing. Price amazing. What more can I say apart from thanks!

I had to keep the wound dry so urgently needed a dog coat and BigDogWorld were the only ones that had stock in and could do 24 hr delivery. Oct 21,2013Very good product but a little on the heavy side. Having said that it needs to be sturdy to take the weight of a big dog. Our German Shepherd is 10 years old and it has took a bit of coaching for him to get up the ramp , he is fine coming down. All in all, if he wants to go for a walk with our other dogs he has to use it ,as there is no way he can jump into our 4x4. The service and delivery was second to none from this company and I would not hesitate to buy from then again
