Using a company like DPD as a courier is great as they text/email with a one hour delivery slot the morning of delivery. As stated this is the first time I have used Big Dog World and it will not be the last. Thank you.

The assistance given was very helpful and enabled me to place the order for what I wanted once there was sufficient stock. I was grateful for the help I recieved which was courtious and friendly. The delivery was prompt and more importantly free, even to the north of Scotland.
