The suggestion is that it has been badly handled or is the end of the bin. It has never happened to me before and I am hoping the second bag is not the same. Your delivery system, as usual is very good.

Jun 13,2013Good to be able to find clothing, collar etc to fit the extra large dog. Had to return an item because it did not fit and this was handled speedily and efficiently. The fault with the fit was with the manufacturer not this supplier. Why are dog coats dependant on the length of his back only? Chest measurements are equally important, particularly with giant breeds.
