brilliant service with updates all through the process from sale/payment to time of item arrival. Very competitive prices esp for the special diet my dobermann doggie is on!. Would recommend for all to at least look at there items for sale if not for the want of buying. Excellent! Will use again. A big thank you to such an effortless process.★★★

Used BDW for the first time a few weeks ago after finding their details online. Excellent value for high quality dog food, and when part of my order was damaged in transit, they were helpful, efficient and reasonable in sorting it out immediately - the real test of a business. Will definitely be using them again.

Even when I ordered my last bag of Acana over a Bank Holiday I still got super quick service and delivery ~ great prices, hassle free delivery! Love that I get a time slot which is (for example) between 12:10 and 13:10 so I don't waste a day waiting around I know exactly what hour to expect delivery and its ALWAYS been in that time! Easy to change your day or time or request with the email~ text service. So I don't understand the negative comment placed on here about delivery as you are texted AND emailed every step of the way by Big Dog and the courier company!!! Great price for the food I buy ~ all in all 10/10 from me! Thank~ you.

I have an Irish Wolfhound pup and cannot buy Royal Canin Giant Puppy locally so tried Big Dog World. Friendly staff on the end of the phone when I initially checked speed of delivery, competitive price and excellent service. Fully recommend. Food arrived very promptly indeed.

Very disappointing delivery, my order was left outside my front door on the floor !!!! I was in at the time, the product was good but delivery rubbish !!! Will not order from Big Dog World again unless they change their courier !!!!!!!

I was delighted with the order. I ordered a Bandanna and Leash for my Boxer, he was very excited with his new items. Due to the weather, the order was held up, and when I contacted Big Dog World, the gentleman was very helpful and polite in dealing with my query. I will be using Big Dog World in the future.
