Jun 13,2013I was very impressed with the customer service. I ordered the wrong type of dog food which arrived ever so promptly the next day. I emailed to ask if I could swap it for the right kind of food and they phoned me back and arranged the whole thing by DPD for me at no extra charge. Extremely pleasant people. What's more, I've been struggling for ages to find a stockist of really rugged toys for dogs, and am delighted to have found Big Dog World for that. I have a golden retriever who thinks he's an Alsatian, and he shreds every toy I give him within a day, but the toys I bought from here have already lasted 2 weeks and look like they may have a couple of months left in them. Generally very happy to have discovered Big Dog World.

Jun 06,2013You know that sinking feeling when you realise you've practically run out of dog food for your beloved pooches ... I feed my two Irish Red and White Setters Royal Canin, and its' not always easily available at the shops. I started the internet trawl, and was thrilled to find Big Dog World who not only were the cheapest I found, but they delivered the very next day, AND no waiting in the entire day worrying when the delivery will arrive either. You get an e-mail stating a one hour window. Great price, great service, I'm a happy customer. Well done Big Dog World !!

I found this shop to be the cheapest for the product that I wanted and when ordered it was delivered quickly with no messing. No complaints. I will be back next time our big girl is due for some goodies.

I found Big Dog World and the prices were very competitive, I ordered two different types of food and they arrived within 48 hours, even after ordering on Bank Holiday.
