You are notified when it will be within an hour.. I had to send one thing back which was my fault for ordering the wrong size but that was all dealt with quickly without complaint too. Wish id found big dog world months ago..

Mar 20,2013Whilst my order was placed after 13.00 they dispatched the product the same day & offered me a delivery date 2 days later but also a method to change to a better day which I completed. They text me with a 1 hour slot for delivery & It was delivered 2 minutes into that slot. Great

I will definitely buy again especially because of the lowest price in the market and because part of the money I have paid goes to charity.

Mar 17,2013I have keped German Sepherds for 35 years, i have fed the whole range of dog foods, you name it i have fed it, but this Orijen Regional Red dog food is the real deal, yes it is the most expencive on the market but my dog eats the bowl afterwards she loves it, most people think that she is a dog because of her size. If you have the cash and want the best you will not go wrong with this.
