Jan 13,2021As I am from Texas, I enjoy good beef jerky and biltong. The chili bites are the only type I ordered and seem to be drier than I expected. The flavor is good however I wish it was a bit more tender and moist. Hope that the next batch I order will be more tender and juicy

Jan 14,2021Meat arrived as scheduled and frozen packed well in a freezer bag. Very efficient! Meat was advertised as 1.4-1.8kg and the piece I received was 1.78kg. We haven’t eaten yet but it looks good,
