Jul 27,2024The delivery was fast and the packaging was good. The biltong was of good quality however slightly inconsistent between different packs. Some packs were fattier and some packs were leaner. I personally prefer more fatty pieces in each individual pack. The herbs and spices went very well with the meat and would be even better with slightly less salt. Compared to other biltongs and jerkies this one is the best I have had so far.
