Dear Biltong Chief Team, the products are really good but the delivery process is not the best. Overall the time window I got is too big and even when giving a notice to text me instead of a call (due to business meetings) I still got a call. Regards, Stephan

They are really fast with shipping and their biltong tastes really good. Recently there was an error in shipping, but they immediately re-sent the missing order items at no additional cost. Fantastic small company - I fully support them. If you are in HK you should try out their BBQ bites. I think its the best flavour of them all.

Great delivery service and quality meat. The tenderloins are nicely trimmed and so there is very little wastage from fat and silverskin unlike some competitors. Very nice chiller bags provided with delivery but I have a couple from previous orders so do not need to retain new bags.

Food is good and a lot of varieties👍🏻 However, there is no self pick up point for urgent case and for those living in islands where you don’t provide any delivery 😰

Excellent quality biltong and meat. Wish I can enjoy the chunky bites a bit more - they tend to go off within 48hours of opening the packs and I often forget to finish them in time!

The food has always been first class. We have, essentially, ordered grass fed steak and lamb so far. We DID have a couple of delivery issues but last 2 have been no problem so ... very satisfied, thanks. MJF

Shipping is good. Packaging is great. Meat quality is good. Price is reasonable. Just that the meat cut that came in are short of 300gram or 600gram as advertised and paid for. Perhaps an account to credit back the differences on the next purchase would be great..! Overall good experience and will buy again.
