Jan 06,2024Delivery was scheduled for 1000-1600 but did not show up. Whatapp for update since 1700 and did not get a proper reply until 2113. Delivery done at 2145. Late delivery is never okay because there are other engagement being affected. The forwarder was not able to provide updates on new delivery timing and keep asking for confirmation of receipt.

Dec 06,2023I purchased sliced smoked BBQ biltong and chilli bites. I came across Biltong Chief on Facebook and decided to try it out after a long search for “real” biltong since relocating to Asia. I gave this product a 4/5 rating because the biltong was slightly under seasoned, I prefer my chilli bites very spicy and the BBQ slices were slightly under salted compared to the chilli bites for my liking. The flavours were overall great. My package was delivered within a day. A pleasant surprise was the sturdy and functional packaging, I appreciate the attention to detail. A great product overall!
