May 04,2018The stone was pretty. For the price I thought the white gold we be thicker . The setting was thin. The customer service is terrible. Nobody answers a phone call or returns one. I sent back right away and wanted a refund. Nobody got back to me so I had to file a dispute with my credit card. I then got a refund. Very disappointed I may have ordered something different but I felt it was very poor customer service. I bought a beautiful cz ring at kohls for twenty dollars. Overpriced for product.

Apr 24,2018-- Nice website, Terrible Customer Service--- I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS to this company. I was working with Rebecca Daniels and I was very dissatisfied with her customer service. She does not answer to emails in a timely manner and in my last 2 messages she did not respond at all. Finally I had to find a new supplier to do business with. She had offered me a military discount but gave me pressure when I asked if she could ship to me US postal service and not FEDEx as I am on an overseas military base and we do not receive from FEDEx in this location. Normally I find people are willing to help US service members in many situations; but she gave me the impression she had no interest to do such. Overall --- Bad Experience and I would recommend anyone to shop elsewhere. While the website is flashy and attractive and will draw you in, certainly the customer service will push you away fast.

I’m not telling anybody it’s cz But definitely pre-order the sample and make sure what you were ordering is what you really want because there is no returning As long as you order properly you will be happy
