Love the ring and it’s beautiful but taking a full ten business days to ship made the experience a little unpleasant would do 5 stars if the order would have been shipped without using every business day to get it out promised to get it shipped. When ordering from a website for the first time it makes you nervous. Product and quality is 5 star. Promptness would get more orders and results.

Very nice ring, My wife loves it. Communications with the customer could be better. I received no acknowledgement that they had received my order except that the payment had been taken from my account. When I sent an inquirery they did answer right away.

Ordered the ring in white gold. It appears the metal might be hollow since it is very light weight. Other than that, it's a beautiful piece.

I absolutely love my ring! I took it to a near by jewlery store in Texas to get it sized and the person who saw it did not know it was a CZ until he looked under a magnifying glass. Thank you so much for taking the time in making such a sect piece. LOVE!!

Very difficult to contact customer service. Long turn around time from placing order to shipping. Needed to exchange my item. Still waiting to hear from customer service. The company just doesn’t know how to handle online orders. Very disappointed.

I get complimented daily on my ring. We're extremely happy with the wedding ring set we ordered, its more beautiful in person then in the pictures. When we ordered it it said to allow 7 to days to make and the same to ship so i wasn't expecting it for 2 weeks and it arrived in 4 days. So happy with the overall experience and will definitely be ordering from here again and referring friends and family to this site.
