Feb 23,2024My company has been a client for several years. I recently received a notice from the current carrier of my landlord policy that it was being non renewed. Shortly thereafter, I received a bill from a new carrier for a replacement policy that was over three times the cost of the current policy. At no time did anyone contact me to discuss the nonrenewal or a replacement policy. Very dissatisfied!

I made one call to Blue Ridge Risk Partners and local agent Traci Swann called me back immediately. She arranged for a meeting at the probate office first thing the very next morning. The service was quick, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Traci Swann and Blue Ridge Risk Partners.

When open season approaches, I receive many calls to change relationships. I will not do so as Rebecca and Blue Ridge have my confidence and trust.
