Didn’t get help with changing an address and tried multiple times. Seems like there isn’t much persistence for customer service for someone who was a customer for 3 years and started as soon as I moved to WV.

Well we never get a call back, can’t get ahold of anyone for questions. Every time a car change happens the premium always goes up. This makes no sense as some of the cars are much safer than the car before. Yet the premium is higher. Still waiting on a call from Monday.
