Vicky is my Agent. I have been dealing with Corrigan for years. Vicky is great, her customer service is impeccable. And she keeps me informed. But Corrigan and Nationwide Insurance literally does nothing to assist their customers. I have been with the company for over 15 years and have referred numerous clients and was not acknowledged, thanked or anything. They dont offer any type of hardship assistance, extensions or anything but the rates are steadily increasing. I GIVE VICKY REDNAGLE A 5STAR BUT CORRIGAN I GIVE A 1STAR. THE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER IS OF NO CONCERN TO THE PRESIDENT OR CEO OF THE COMPANY WE ARE JUST A DOLLAR SIGN. THE MORE MONEY WE PAY FOR INSURANCE THE MORE THEIR REVENUE INCREASES.

Elizabeth Milby is my Blue Ridge insurance agent. I was concerned about the renewal increases in my auto and home policies, and she gently and professionally explained what is happening in the entire insurance industry, leading to much higher renewal costs. We worked out some changes to both policies that saved money but did not put either of them in a higher risk position. LIz was friendly and courteous, and I really enjoyed the time I spent with her on the policy changes.
