I had an encounter with your staff (Shawnise Norton) 8/2/23 about my inability to renew my registration with MVA. I told her about my request from MVA for proof on insurance. She was so impatient listening to my concern because of her bias and discriminatory attitude &continued to remind me that I need a case number from MVA. However her colleagues Jackie Fox and Liliano Moreno were able to accomplish the updates on on 7/19/23 and 8/2/23 respectively without a case number from MVA on 2 different vehicles. Even when I brought it to Shawnise notice that I was not impressed with her inability to go extra mile, she said there is nothing to apologize for. I have been a customer for several years and I have never been discriminated against because of my last name. If my last name was smith Shawnise could have responded faster . I hope the management will take a look at this case because she is not representing the company well Theodore Umeh Policy#5219J130264 301-5181869

Blue Ridge stepped in to get us home insurance when ours was canceled hours before closing on our Refi! They were totally amazing and got it done so quickly and beyond expectation. Now my company has our Workmans comp and other insurances through them. I’ll never use anyone else.

While my agent wasn't there to answer the phone, another agent did. She took down my information and questions and answered them. When my agent returned to the office she received my message and had the check cut right away. So there was no down time.
