Opened an account via Simpler - Bluesnap are their payment processor. Bluesnap performed a review after 2 weeks trading although they had performed due diligence prior to onboarding. Review took nearly 3 weeks then they closed the account due to it being 'outside their risk appetite'. They are holding all clients funds for SIX months and refuse to refund the clients. This cannot be legal and is causing reputational damage to our business. Disgrace do not go anyway near them!!
Support is always helpful, very responsive via chat or email and gives very valuable information/solves problems very quickly. I used the support several times and they always delivered this way (and again today with Andrew).
Very difficult documentation to follow. Their support team sent me in one direction. I did what they said then when all features were not working, I reached out to them and they sent me in another direction. I wasted so much time in integration.
Their API and documentation is a mess. I cannot easily integrate with them. I was hoping for a better documentation and support from a big company such as Bluesnap.
Customer service is always available, and always helpful.

They abruptly stopped and gave us a week even though we had a 4 year long good business relationship. Our chargebacks were below 1% and everything was normal but they didnt care.
I have worked as a seller with this company from the very beginning. Back then they had the name Plimus. I have worked with them for 15+ years!!! Just imagine how long it is in the age of the Internet! In February 2024 they wrote that the business model I work on is urgently closing. And they gave me only 2 weeks before closing my account. I had hundreds of clients with subscriptions that turned off at one moment. Despite the fact that the company continues to provide services, they did not offer me any solution to continue cooperation. After 15 years of working with them! Moreover, they froze all my money for 6 months to cover potential returns. The money that I received monthly and rely on was simply frozen. Support responds very slowly. Any issue can take weeks to resolve. For example, changing bank details for payment took me about a month and a half. I do not recommend working with them.

I have never had such a bad sales experience. They canceled a sales meeting 10 minutes early, re-scheduled it, then canceled it again. No communication for two weeks, even after asking again. Finally, another meeting. Promises of follow-up, no response for another two weeks, even when specifically asking for next steps. If you don't want me as a customer, just say so, instead of wasting literal hours of my time. It's just incredible rude.
Bluesnap took a payment off my credit card and I've never even heard of them. Now I can't get in contact with nobody.
We were considering moving payment provider and submitting a contact form via the site to set up a discovery call. On the initial call, we went through all aspects of our business and how they could help, and we came away feeling very positive. On the second call I was introduced to the Senior Sales Enterprise Lead; again call went well, and they were confident they could support and help us, I was promised I would be sent further information the same day and a merchant application... this did not arrive and took over a week (chasing by email x3 times) before it was sent over. The link given to sign up and complete the merchant application form had an error on the webpage, so it would not submit... further delay when it eventually worked, I was a little surprised to see the merchant application only consisted of a few fields with some basic information, I proceeded and submitted that only to get an automated response back to say the application had not been accepted. I followed up with the Senior Sales Enterprise Lead, and he replied with a very short message to confirm that this was the case. Overall terrible experience, very poor customer communication, and alarm bells ringing when there are errors that don't allow you to complete the signup and app form. I would steer well clear of these guys, a blessing in disguise that the application was not approved.
Our experience with BlueSnap turned out to be unproductive for our business. Initially recommended to us by another company to enable instalment plans for our clients, BlueSnap required standard details about our business operations, specifically our focus on Medical Travel, which we promptly supplied to ensure they had a clear understanding of our services. Subsequently, they asked for an extensive array of documents, including Stripe statements and the licensing documentation for our doctors, all of which we provided in good faith. Despite fulfilling these requests, our application was ultimately declined. The reason given was that our industry falls outside the scope of what their underwriters can support. This process highlighted a critical oversight in their vetting process. Ideally, the compatibility of our industry with their underwriting capabilities should have been the first check before requesting sensitive and detailed documentation. This oversight led to unnecessary sharing of important business information on our part and a considerable waste of time. In the end, they communicated their inability to support our industry, leaving us to reflect on the inefficiency of the process. Moreover, when I addressed the inefficiency of their process, they neither had the courtesy to apologize for the inconvenience and time wasted nor did they acknowledge any flaw in their procedure. This lack of acknowledgment and absence of an apology only added to our disappointment.
Thiefs and scammers. Ordered a Win Video software and suddenly I was paying 87,- Dkr each month. Its not Bluesnap but TopVideoSoft but Bluesnap helps them stealing peoples money. Stay away from these simple thiefs
We have been processing payments through Bluesnap for many years already. And despite small issues occurred, Bluesnap has been always on top in finding solutions. Recently there has been an issue with the Faster Payments payouts, but we have been working closely with their support and they offered many other options and one eventually worked out. Yes, it took some time but after all the business is going, customers do not need to change their payment channels/subscriptions. Every business faces challenges and how you go through them defines you and makes a good company, like Bluesnap. I wish you good luck guys and many thanks to a great support person Oscar!
Very bad experience, total thieves, stay far away. I should have never used Bluesnap and used Stripe or Mollie instead. These guys will steal your money and not give a valid reason.

Tried to get paid. Sent them a void cheque, yet my bank details were “incorrect” so payment never came. They said several Times I “will get paid” but payment never came and my emails were ignored.
