Aug 02,2018We had extreme difficulty in setting up the service meaning we wear without a provider for 4 weeks (from initial introduction to the point the service was working). I hope the service makes up for it!

Jun 14,2018They don't steal your money and they do offer some form of the service they promise...so it isn't a scam in this sense...however what you're told when you sign up and what happens after is very different. Expect to get screwed every possible way from bluesnap. If they can find a way to charge an extra percent here and there they will...all while frustrating the hell out of you with their customer service. Ultimately you'll end up paying a lot if you choose them...so if you have better options, take em!

Sep 20,2017Terrible Company. Difficult to use API docs and sales representative will not answer your questions or call you back. Processed of $10K in transactions and then told us they were holding our money for 60 days because they think our web design and development company is a Risk. AKA - steal your money - don't answer you back - and then keep your money for an undisclosed amount of time. We will be filing complaints with the better business bureau and states attorney general.

May 10,2017Ho acquistato un software (20 dollari, 10 con lo sconto quantità). nella stessa schermata sono presenti le informazioni sul numero di licenze da acquistare e i dati per la fatturazione. non mi sono accorto che l'autofill di chrome ha inserito le prime tre cifre del mio numero di telefono nel campo quantità. Al momento di inserire i dati della carta di credito non ho fatto caso al totale (quasi 3500 dollari) e ho completato l'acquisto. Ho quindi scritto al venditore il quale ha detto che potevo chiedere il rimborso delle licenze acquistate in più. E ora l'amara sorpresa.... Bluesnap ha trattenuto il 4.5% di commissioni!!!!!! Adducendo la "scusa" che erano legate al pagamento tramite VISA. A me sembra tanto una mossa studiata apposta per far cadere qualcuno nell'errore

Mar 10,2017bluesnap versucht jetzt schon zum 2. mal infolge ein nicht mehr vorhandenes Kreditkartenkonto zu belasten. Es handelt sich um eine unrechtmäßige, nicht mehr verlängerte und gekündigte Lizenz von der Fa. Reimage. Leider erscheint nirgends eine Möglichkeit bluesnap eine entsprechende Nachricht zu senden. Ebenfalls ist ein seriöser Kontakt mit der in Israel und Zypern ansäßigen Fa. Reimage nicht möglich. Für mich ist das eindeutig ein Betrugsversuch
