Sep 23,2024Inmiddels bijna een maand verder nadat een besteld T-shirt zogenaamd 'bezorgd' zou zijn. Post NL medewerker heeft zelf getekend voor ontvangst. Via Blue Tomato een onderzoek op moeten starten. Het contact loopt moeizaam en automatische updates blijven uit. Vorige week zelf contact opgenomen en binnen maximaal twee werkdagen zou er een update volgen. Niets gehoord. Na wederom zelf contact opnemen werden dezelfde opties geboden, omdat er geen aantekeningen van het laatste telefoongesprek waren. In het kader van klantvriendelijkheid en oplossingsgerichtheid zeer teleurstellend.

Sep 16,2024Azienda non affidabile, ho acquistato tramite sito un giacchetto disponibile dal 4 settembre attendo che mi venga consegnato. Mi dicono che è fermo alla dogana in svizzera da 10 giorni incomprensibile, e non arriverà nei loro magazzini prima del 23, assurdo per un giacchetto. Mi propongono un buono sconto di 10 euro da spendere sul loro sito che non accetto se questi sono i presupposti mi guardo da acquistare di nuovo con questa azienda.
