Feb 10,2024J'ai commandé une paire de chaussures Nike pour mon fils (essayée en magasin). Trop petites, pas grave les conditions générales de ventes permettent de retourner le colis avec une étiquette de transporteur. Mais là, l'équipe ne souhaite pas m'envoyer d'étiquette : pour avoir droit à cela, il fallait une commande à partir de 50 euros. Ma commande était d'un montant de 54,85 euros, mais seuls 49,85 euros étaient comptés : les frais de livraison ne comptaient pas. Je n'ai pas vu cette précision dans les CGV. Le SAV refuse de faire de geste alors même que j'ai commandé une autre paire de chaussures plus grandes. Je dois donc réexpédier les chaussures à mes frais, contrairement à toutes les autres plateformes de vente en ligne.

Feb 09,2024I have ordered twice, first was delayed but nothing to rant about. Second time I've ordered, 3 weeks later and still nothing, excuse after excuse for my product being delayed. They should pay out for free express delivery if it's delayed so much, shouldn't take 3 weeks when you're promising 3-5 days delivery standard delivery, even if it is "delayed". My product should be here today but I've been lumped with another excuse, given the fact I was told it was coming today and waited, yet haven't been informed its not coming until 4pm in the afternoon. Wasted my time, money and day making me wait in for your mistakes. I ordered on the 21st January, it's now the 8th of February and wouldn't surprise me if I never get my items.

Feb 07,2024Duidelijke site, makkelijk bestellen en makkelijk retourneren. ‘k Had 2 maten besteld omdat ik twijfelde over de maat. De juiste maat gehouden en de andere na invullen retourformulier terug gestuurd. Ook de winkels zijn fijn!

Feb 06,2024Sehr unzufrieden! Ich habe eine Bestellung mit 1-3 Tagen Lieferzeit ausgewählt, weil ich die Sachen kurzfristig brauchte. Diese wurde nicht eingehalten und auch am 5. Werktag wurde ich nur vertröstet. Auch als ich dann aufgezeigt habe, dass ich durch die verspätete Lieferung deutliche Mehrkosten von über 100€ hatte, wurde mir nur ein 20€ Gutschein angeboten als Entschädigung!

Feb 06,2024Shockingly bad! I ordered line chronic 94 skis , my order was confirmed and full payment taken via credit card. 3 weeks later! When my skis should have arrived I got an email saying they weren’t in stock! But they were showing as in stock when I ordered on website and I even emailed the company prior to check details. I then had to wait for a refund after they had my money for 4 weeks, the amount I received was £40 less than I paid due to currency fluctuations, I emailed asking for a full refund and was denied. So I didn’t receive what I ordered, I am out of pocket for no reason and have no skis for the trip I booked and it’s too late to order from anywhere else due to long wait time. So so disappointed in blue tomato do not order from them as untrustworthy

Feb 04,2024Ich wollte einen Kopfhörer kaufen. Keine Rückmeldung - keine Lieferung. Erst nach einem Anruf, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass er nicht Lieferbar ist und ich den woanders bestellen soll. Das hätte ich mich proaktiv gewünscht. Wenn man mehr als einen Gutschein einlösen will, ist das nur extrem umständlich möglich. Bei der Eingabe eines Gutscheins, fällt dann plötzlich wieder Porto an. Hier müsste noch nachgearbeitet werden. Alle anderen Bestellungen waren schnell und gut geliefert. Aber das Kauferlebnis in einem Laden ist Besser.
