He was too busy chatting to someone in a car in front of us… eventually after waiting 20 minutes to check in with no one in line but us! Just awful! Got to our room, ran a bath to see mold and dirt between the tiles, dirty bathroom floor… what has happened to the Hyatt?? NEVER again, don’t waste your money.

Dec 31,2024misleading web search sent me to "bookonline.com" instead of the hotel website. I started to book, then realized on the confirmation that I had not booked on the hotel website, which was significantly less expensive. BookOnline.com charged $674.20 and will only refund me $449.46. Within minutes of the bookonline.com order, I cancelled it. YOU ARE A TOTAL SCAM AND i will be protesting this on my credit card bill. Even the hotel, when booking with them directly, was only $439.

Dec 31,2024I went on what I thought was the Best Western Hotel official website to book a room at the Red Lion Hotel Sailsbury at a room rate of £70. When i received the confirmation it turned out that i had booked through Bookonline and had been charged £104.65 a massive 40% extra charge They are such a rip off and have taken advantage of my online mistake

Dec 31,2024They advertised a room rate and then they add 50% for themselves when they take your money from your card. If you want to use a 3rd, use Booking.com or Expedia or any other Trusted name.
