Dec 28,2024For one reason or not, I was booking a hotel for Sat. North of Las Vegas. I am in Reno and driving to Phoenix. Everything went right until I got my confirmation. It had the wrong Hotel and wrong city. Called immediately started talking to a rep. and got cut off. Called again and was told there was nothing he could do for me. Could not cancel nor change reservation. Said this is a scam, report to credit card company.

Dec 28,2024I don't like or appreciate the shady tactic to get me on the page. it appeared like the Hotel Reservation Page. Their cancelation policy is shit. They pretended to be a legit site and once you booked then they tell you you can't cancel. yet I have a charge for insurance protection to cancel... and they won't accept my cancelation. Complete Fraud and Theft. of course to file charges ot would take a federal agency that won't take because it's not 100k in loss just my $700. Beware and avoid at all cost!!!

Dec 27,2024Luis was very nice but over and over again I was asking about connecting with the front desk and it was clear I thought I was talking with the hotel directly. It was not made clear that I was making a third party reservation. I was in a travel need due to a missed flight to change hotel reservation times and at no time did he make it clear that I was talking to a travel booking place and not the hotel directly and now I have a reservation I need to cancel and the hotel tells me I will have to work through you. You need to be upfront and clear.

Dec 27,2024My second time booking a room on-line. My first time didn't work out too well. even with all the confirmation numbers in hand there was a break in communication somewhere. So, I was a bit apprehensive to do it again. The trip hasn't actually happened yet. But I did call the hotel and confirm everything went through. So far so good.
