Jan 03,2025We called as there was a special offer for $111 a room within a period that could be booked on line or called in. When I called in and did the booking Tyler gave us a figure of $186. When I questioned the price difference he said there were only 3 rooms and as there were a short supply the special ended. When I got to the hotel they had over 20 rooms available. I despise lazy untruthful individuals

Jan 02,2025I was charged about $100 in taxes, the room was incorrect, I ordered two queens and the confirmation was for one King. I was not given the opportunity to indicate that we are seniors, my husband is a veteran and we belong to AARP. I had to call BookOnline and Ellie was very nice and said she will try to help me.
