After searching the internet we found what we needed at Born for a very good price. Ordering was quick and easy, and the parcel arrived as promised within 7 days. The goods were as ordered. No complaints about the site or the service. Recommended.

We had an issue with being charged twice and the baby carrier we ordered not being available for a while however this was dealt with really well and we received a lovely free gift and vouchers as an apology. We also got 10% off when we ordered online which makes a bit difference for a buggy and baby carrier!

Extremely helpful on the phone and efficient in helping me find a specific part for a highchair. Slow delivery but only because it was not in stock and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and kept in touch about finding it for me

I can't recommend all the staff at Born highly enough. I was looking for a sling for my LO and it took me quite a while to make my decision. Nothing was too much trouble, I tried lots on and came back a number of times before deciding. They were great with advice as well as personal opinion and insight, wouldn't go anywhere else

Having had an awful experience trying to order a Snuzpod from another high street shop, it was getting very close to the baby possibly arriving. Born Direct were very helpful and got the Snuzpod dispatched within 3 days of me ordering, relieving a very stressful situation.

Born were able to get hold of a Maxi-Cosi Pebble Plus for us when all the other major retailers that we tried (including Mothercare and John Lewis) were out of stock and putting us on waiting lists. Not only this but the speed and quality of the service was excellent.

I ordered two replacement seat plates for my Stokke Tripp Trapp high chairs. They only sent me 1! I have called them several times and keep getting an answerphone, which I have left messages on. I have also emailed them and am beginning to feel as though their customer service team are ignoring my calls/messages and emails. I tried again today and finally spoke to a lady, who was very helpful and is now dealing with my order. I hope to be receiving the rest of my order shortly. Just a shame how it was me who had to contact and chase them up when it is their mistake.

My wife and myself ordered online a "Ergobaby 360 Dusty blue" baby carrier for our 4 month daughter, after we found on the Borndirect website a good price for it (£117). We received our package very quickly and it was very well wrapped (waterproof) with a personalized delivery message inside. We are very pleased with the baby carrier and with the way our order has been treated. We recommend very much the Born direct web site.

It's great having such an experienced team staffing Born. They are really helpful and provide useful and relevant advice, and offer a wide range of useful and sometimes hard to find products.

My husband and I were given a voucher to use at Born by friends. I found the website a bit confusing and it wasn't clear whether the voucher had been applied or whether I was being charged the full amount of the product I was buying. Because of this, I immediately phoned the store and left a message checking, and in addition I emailed customer services. I had no response by either method and had to resort to checking my bank account to see what had been taken a few days later. Also, the prices weren't very competitive, products can be found cheaper elsewhere.

After a bit of a blip with an online promotion code not working, I got in touch and received a relatively swift response. The order was created and I was able to call up and finalise payment so that the item could be quickly dispatched. We are very pleased with our baby carrier and appreciated the kind offer of further help and advice with regards to getting the best use of our purchase. An excellent product from a trusted seller at a competitive price. This is the kind of service that we hoped for and we're impressed. Keep up the good work!
