Jul 04,2024Tent is great used for two camps now. With two adults, two teenagers and a dog. Two slight negatives are the handle straps on the bag sound like they are about to rip when carrying with the handles, the stitching probably needs a bit of reinforcement, and colour from the bright purple guy ropes has ran onto the tent while stored.

Jul 04,2024Bought the exact same tent to replace one damaged in a storm. Quality not as good as previous one, no reinforced square in the middle to help when putting the centre pole up and came with no stove hole even though the picture of the item clearly had one, quite misleading. Very fast delivery though.

But then left it propped up on its end against the front door, in full view of the road, clearly indicating that we were not at home!

Jul 02,2024We love our new tent! Bone dry inside after the downpour yesterday and it’s the envy of all of our friends. We also mistakenly ordered the wrong size tent and had a fast and effective customer service experience with Kevin. Thanks for your help. We were able to do an international exchange from US to UK and back to US in under two weeks with the DHL service that they organized for us. Only reason we are 4 stars and not 5 is because the center pole had a manufacturing error that required us to file the metal along two of the segments in order for it to snap in place. We were able to make it work in the end but it just a bit of trouble shooting.

Jun 28,2024I bought a canvas triangle tent tarp last year and it came with 2 rebar pegs. I was most impressed with them so I tried to order but sold out. Preordered them and arrived today. A solid bit of kit that will hold whatever the weather. They even came in a heavy duty waterproof bag so no need to worry about getting the bag dirty! My Bell tent and triangle tarp will be securely anchored as we do get strong winds in Scotland! I also love the triangle tarp as give privacy, a sheltered area for boots and a dry place to store wood for the stove.A brilliant add on to keep the wind rain and snow from the enterance. Very pleased with the quality of my purchases and the great service received.

Jun 23,2024Received the Bell tent on time and it's already pitched in the garden for a camp out with the kids. It's been up 2 nights and really happy with the tent, but the inner tent I bought with lasted about 1hrs before the whole thing fell down. The stitching on the strap at the top came completely undo, it's a really shame as the tent is great but the quality of the inner to was very poor. I had to repair it myself there and then to allow us to use it that night, hence only 2 stars. UPDATE 28th June - within one day I was contacted by Boutique Camping to address my defect and they where extremely helpful and interested on how they could improve quality to prevent this happening again in the future, they where quick to respond and very helpful, they also resolved the problem. I know things can break sometime and so having a company there to help straight away who cares really does make a difference, and because of this I've been suitable impressed with the company to update my rating to a full 5 stars.
