Jun 21,2024Absolutely love the customer service and the quality of the tents really shows in the craftsmanship.This was my first ever Yurt style tent and we absolutely love it! The descriptions and information provided along with the tents were super accurate and easy to follow along! Supplying the set up videos were clutch when it came time to install the tent! Coming from the UK the tent shipped extremely fast and was here with zero damage in just a few days. I was very impressed with their customer service when I reached out and asked some detailed questions. I also love the fact that they do a secondhand shop as well for tents that are gently used. Would definitely purchase another tent from you in the future!

Jun 21,2024Excellent quality product (star bell tent 5m) We have not used it seriously yet although we have put it up in the garden. Seems to be really good. There was a problem with one of the pole holders not sewn to the groundsheet. Boutique camping responded really quickly after our enquiry, they sent us a new ground sheet with no quibble. We are using it as a base tent in Spain this summer and are really looking forward to it. Thank you

Jun 19,2024I really love my star bell tent, but 62€ shipping on a 25€ order for a broken pole... I did not have an alternative. Living in GB it doesn't mather, free shipping, but I pay a lot for sending, living in Holland. Spares are mostly not fun items to buy. I hope that Boutique Camping will adapt to the new post-brexit situation for the non GB customers, like other companies did, there are options for this. Till that time I remain in my beloved tent and hope for no more parts going broke.

The service and ease of ordering 5* exactly what they say and really good communication. 5* on the looks of The tent - I ordered the 3mtr haliquin it looks absolutely stunning and I single handed put it up in 5-10 mins and the easiest tent to put away (and I have many). Really roomy if camping alone. Room for a sim, small table and bags. 3* tent condensation- normal with most tents that are single layer but even with all vents open and side windows open a tad to remove moisture - quilt etc were soaking in the morning but will fix this on the next camp with it. Accessories are a 2* - I ordered the half moon mats as advised and they constantly moved. I spent more time sorting this out as they were constantly trying to escape and given the middle pole was on them. I also ordered the multi coloured chandelier which just stunk of fish so I hand wash the glasses and the colour came off some but no big deal. Overall really happy

Jun 12,2024Website easy to navigate, tutorials are really helpful. Bought a bell tent cover, which is beautiful, but got stung by customs charges from UK to Europe. Own fault, but still colours the experience with an added cost.

Jun 06,2024Ordering was easy and delivery fast. However all your pictures advertising the 6m fire retardent bell tent show a stove hole which it doesn't have. I realise this is in the text...but quite far down and not immediately obvious. It would have been useful to have that highlighted when buying the 6m as we wanted one with a stove hole. Also the tent has some purple staines on the edges where the guy ropes have obviously run. All in all a good quality tent but just those considerations should be taken into account.
