Jul 21,2024Great customer service! I had to return and exchange a product (not due to any fault) and the whole process was quick and smooth. Communication was great, no hanging on hold for ages, no problems speaking to advisors, staff were courteous and helpful and my problems were solved with no issues at all. My new tent, flooring mats and mattresses are fantastic - we're now ready for festival season!

Jul 19,2024This a great company with a great product. They shipped quickly to the US and were responsive to my inqueries. I will say that I wish the luna bell had more airflow, or the ability to zip a mesh skirt into it so it wasnt so hot.

Jul 19,2024Tent arrived promptly and was excellent for us to go to a festival. When using for the first time I noticed a couple of small holes in the groundsheet. I contacted them and they offered me either a £60 refund (so I can pay for repairs myself) or a replacement groundsheet. I asked for the replacement and they sent it to me within a week. Very happy with the product and the customer service.

Jul 19,2024Experienced no problems from ordering to delivery of our bell tent and would have no hesitation in recommending Boutique Camping to family and friends. Bought for our Daughter’s festival themed wedding - the colourful bell tent was a hit with the children, especially in the rain keeping them warm and dry! The family are now saying they all want one to go camping together because it was so easy to put up. Recommend buying the mats too.

Jul 19,2024Bought the air luna and it is wonderful. Very very quick to put up using the pump that comes with it (don’t try using a makita blower!). So spacious and large inside without the central pole. Love it. (It is VERY heavy though)
