Feb 15,2023I really don’t write reviews but I felt this level of customer service really deserved one. Excellent & speedy service and Sam just went out of his way to help. I researched extensively and opted for these guys - I’m so glad I did. A year on and the tent & accessories are in excellent condition. We’ve had wonderful reviews from the people staying in the tent and the customer support has proven to be first rate now too. I would highly recommend!

Feb 01,2023Having purchased a number of tents from this company and received excellent service I telphoned the company to order another 25 tents and check stock levels. Also to agree our normal trade deal. I was told put it in writing and we will come back to you, clearly not the way we do business. Sales Manager eventually contacted me with a number of excuses including we are outside the trade deal window. Clearly not interested in my business so purchased elswhere everything done on phone in a pleasant manner. Boutique have just given away my businees to a competitor.

We are yet to use the tent due to the time of year but I have no doubt it will live up to expectations and we will have many years of fun with the kids. Thank you Boutique Camping! Dec 18,2022Incredibly fast delivery, ordered one evening and it arrived the next afternoon which was impressive. Overall quality of the product was good, and the heat output is pretty impressive. We got the log burner with the additional water heater which comes in really handy. The only snag we come across was were the stud is spot welded to the door for the glass panel, a piece of spot weld was on the thread which meant the nut could not go on until the thread was cleaned up. Easy enough when you have the tools. Overall would definitely order from the company again.
