Nov 29,2022Wife and I have been looking long and hard for a portable pizza oven but this one has the benefits of being both a pizza oven and separate fire which acts as a good source of heat plus you can use the top to cook on too! Whats not to love! Ordered with easy and a speedy delivery.

I ended up buying two, the Luna Bell and the Luna Emperor…and they both arrived the very next day which stunned me since I live on the Isle of Wight! Oct 30,2022Initial shipment was perfect. But the follow-up of damaged glass replacements was a EU customs disaster. These also should be customs cleared on your side or declared as a gift. The current process cost us 15 Euros and a number of phone calls with customs all over Germany. Quite a nuisance, and unnecessary given the right preparations on your side of the channel. The extra padding we asked, was also missing in the second shipment.

Oct 30,2022Hi, my daughter saw these great "pizza ovens", and since she loves camping, I bought it for her birthday. When it came in from UK to the USA we discovered it had been bent only on the only place it could (the latches). It was very well packaged and was amazed how it could have ever bent. So we made a call and the owner was very wonderful and helpful in taking care of all of our concerns. A very professional company!
