I ordered around 2pm yesterday and it hasn't even been 24 hours and I received the key rings this morning. They are engraved perfectly and are more than what I expected, we have had such a stressful journey so far and sounds silly but these 2 little key rings have really highlighted our Journey as it marks the end nearly. Mar 04,2024Bought as a birthday gift for my adult daughter. A cushion with her own dogs photo on it. Tears of joy when received. The cushion was a very good quality fabric and the photo was very clear. The only reason a star was dropped was because I had to call as it took a good while to arrive. Apology and reason given was a fault with the machine. Apology duly accepted as it arrived a couple of days later. This is the only reason that 5 stars weren't given. I will purchase from here again without a doubt.

I paid extra to have them gift wrapped (which to be honest when it arrived it was so simple I could've done at home, looked fancy in the pictures online) and asked if they could be packed together as it was a gift for the same person, but request was totally ignored. Very poor communication and customer service.
