Jan 17,2024Ordered Teddy in t-shirt with personalised photo as a gift for Xmas.They mixed up.orders so I received another customers photo. Their offices closed that day for 2 weeks so i couldnt sort with them. I completed online report in the meantime....no reply in the New Year so I rang and I spoke with them....they sent oit replacement t- shirt following day. Gift is nice and problem rectified eventually (so given 2 stars rather than 1) but the whole point was to gift a special Xmas present and was the only reason i was prepared to spend (£25 total).......so an expensive January present. I won't use again.
