May 30,2024I placed an order late Wednesday at over £150, selecting next working day delivery and paying the extra charge for such. As it was late Wednesday I expected delivery on Friday. I purchased engraved pens as gifts for employees in India and Thailand whom I was traveling to visit on the coming Tuesday. The Thursday after placing my order I received a text from DPD stating that due to a delay I would receive the shipment on Wednesday! I contacted Boutique Gifts to explain my situation and their response was that they'd received no explanation for the delay either, and that I would likely receive the shipment before Wednesday. The shipment arrived on Tuesday, 4 days after I had expected it. By which time I was already in the air on route to India. Complete waste of money. Zero help from BG team.

May 29,2024The pens I ordered did not arrive as the order. They were on priority delivery. They were specifically ordered to be customised and delivered on time. The company were good enough to admit this was their mistake. There was not good will gesture to make up for the issue which left me out of pocket as due to the delay I had to send the pens myself onward as they could not be delivered in person as intended. The pens were good quality. The service and good will is not to my liking and this is why despite requesting a good will gesture there was no reply. I have lost time and incurred costs due to the error caused by Boutique.

May 23,2024I wanted to give more stars but I wasn’t happy with the quality of the scented candles or the price. I feel the scent was weak. The jar was clear glass and small for 2 candles this cost £30. I feel I could of got a candle 2/3 times bigger for same price elsewhere. Fast delivery was definitely something to give postive feedback and the engraving service but the overall disappointment of the items weighed far greater particularly as these were personalised gift for 60th and 70th birthday
