It took 3 years to realise I sent them the WRONG address for postage....and as the order was 'signed for' it definitely could not have been delivered. I sincerely apologise to Boutique gifts, to Trustpilot and to all who have read my review. I have sent a personal apology to Boutique gifts for the damage I have caused them. I thank Trustpilot for enabling me revisit that order and realise I sent in a wrong address and providing me with a platform to publicly apologise.

I received an email from you to say that you had tried to call me and were unable to complete my order due to stock and I was offered an alternative. I replied and said as long as it would reach me by Christmas I was happy with that but if not I would like a refund. I have not heard from you since. I emailed yesterday asking for a refund.
