Paid almost 200 pounds for a dog bed which looks nothing like the picture and it doesn't even have a zip on the cushion to take it off to wash it, so it literally needs replacing already. Tried to speak to someone about the way it looks and my query was met with someone not understanding my point at all. (I appreciated the size was bigger than the photo ordered from -but it should have been made to scale ie with larger cushions and sides) The photo ordered looks like a little sofa and what was received looks more like a pallet.
