May 10,2023The mat was sold as a waterproof food mat for a dog. Unfortunately it was not waterproof and I quickly realised that water had completely soaked into it and through to the other side it and I was unable to use it without something underneath so it wouldn't ruin the floor. I will probably throw it away now.

Apr 11,2023Outstanding customer service. If I could give a higher rating I would. I ordered an engraved pocket watch for my son-in-son to be in February via Etsy. Absolutely beautiful watch. As the wedding wasn't till 7th April I put this away to be packed a few days before the wedding. On the 4th April my husband wound the watch up to discover is was loosing time. Contacted Boutique Gifts immediately who advised fully winding the watch. I when photographed the watch next to a clock then again an hour later and it had lost 20 minutes. As soon as I sent this information to customer services they started the process of getting me a replacement sent out which was dispatched the next day, fully engraved as per original. We received the new watch the morning before the wedding. Incredible service. Returning the faulty watch today with prepaid label.
