Jan 04,2023Ordered the personalised mugs for an Xmas present. I would say to open them up before you send out (if a gift) as the receipt was inside one of the mugs. The mugs were in taped Polystyrene cubes so I wouldn't of known it was there if I hadn't of checked. Apart from that they came in time for Xmas of which I was so relieved because if the strikes. They are lovely and just as Pictured. Would order again.

It arrived a lot smaller than expected and doesn’t fill the mug out as much as the picture. Good job we brought my dad magnifying glasses this Christmas as well.

Good quality and was beautifully packaged and gift wrapped. Was delivered promptly with no damage to box, as it was securely packed. Will definitely be using this company again.

Dec 27,2022Unfortunately the acrylic round ornament wasn’t very well printed on one side. The picture was much darker than displayed on screen. The website experience was very difficult. I couldn’t add pictures on my phone, on my computer if I tried to edit after viewing the final preview of the picture just went off centre and I couldn’t reset it. I emailed to ask if there was a fault with the website but received no reply. Not a good experience at all from start to finish.

Jan 05,2023In honesty the product looks good and was for a Christmas Gift, ordered 10 days before Christmas, the website said made and despatched 24 hours, so I assumed, ordered Wednesday night it would leave Friday, but left Monday, I paid extra for 1-2 days delivery. However I got a message from DPD I won't get it before Christmas, I emailed company to chase, no response, I emailed a complaint and still no response. Mugs arrived on 3rd January they wanted to delivery on the 29th but was away.
