My product (candle) the tin arrived dented. The photo is fuzzy despite it being a high quality wedding photo. The candle was a gift which I unfortunately had to give them as i did not have time to complain and wait for another

Occasion: Graduation, the biscuits were lovely rather scrumptious! 😋 they came in a beautifully packed box with personalised names & relevant theme designs on the biscuits. Excellent!

Awful marks all over! So I now have 2 cushions as a gift for my friend ! I've allready gave her the first ripped one ! The second one arrived too late ! Asked for a refund got ignored ! So I now have to give her another second rubbish one ! As it's off her late grandad and her dog that has not long since passed away so cannot put it in the bin !! I will never use this company again ! Or recomend it too anyone !

Bought the Calais Chrome pen from Boutique Gifts a few weeks ago and firstly a beautiful pen itself, but.... having being sold a barely working refill the pen is more of a glorified paperweight. Therefore having been sold a pen by this company technically I have a paperweight instead. Customer Service has been awful, simply saying "sorry" and that there's nothing they can do to help. While a Cross refill is only £4.50, my expectation when buying a pen from anyone was that it would be able to write! Customer Service said that calling in within a week would have allowed me to get help with this. The Distance Selling Rules allow for a minimum of 14 days from delivery of goods...when in the retail business they really should know the rules. So, if buying from this company, add around £4.50 to every cost as the refills themselves are not always included! Update: Having now bought a refill, obvious that I was sold a near-empty one. A simple goodwill gesture of sending a replacement refill would have made the whole experience very different...money is obviously more important than custom!
