Jan 07,2023I still have not received all my items though I paid for expedited delivery which was to arrive before Christmas. My items were sent separately in different packages, I was expecting 1 package. Review updated 9/1/23: Order placed on 17th December Shipping and handling cost for expedited delivery ( 1-2working days)- £27.49- this was expensive but paid and was expecting the said service because I needed them to arrive in time for a special occasion. Dispatch notification received 20th December, 2 of the 5 items were delivered before Christmas. The remaining 3 items arrived on 7th January. The items were of good quality. However I am disappointed about the shipping and handling service I paid premium rate for.

Jan 06,2023Great product at a good price. More info on delivery needed - like who is delivering it. Also, ‘3 days after manufacture’ doesn’t tell me when it’s going to arrive! Nevertheless, it made it the day before it was needed. Well done… but scary.

I spoke to a lovely lady customer service who contacted the design department and the website was altered so I could have my desired design. I bought 3 doormats as gifts. They were perfect!!! Could not recommend more highly!! Amazing customer service Xx
