Jan 04,2023My order was dispatched promptly, but the confirmatory email said that it would be delivered by Evri, rather than by ParcelForce: consequently the delivery tracking link didn't work, and I was concerned that delivery hadn't happened. This was resolved promptly after the Christmas break, but there seems to have been a glitch in your tracking software. On the positive side, you corrected the error promptly and courteously once I had brought it to your attention - well done.
