Jan 03,2023The Dance Mat did NOT work, much to the disappointment of my granddaughter on Xmas morning. However on contacting the company, by phone( a miracle nowadays) a very concerned lady said I would get a full refund + postage on their receipt of the parcel. It is the manufacturer's fault and not Bright Minds, who have dealt v quickly with the problem.

They were very helpful & agreed to send a replacement. They did this promptly & I was able to give my grandson his present before he left after Christmas. Great helpful prompt service.
