May 16,2022Ordered a headboard for our kingsize divan. Absoplutely no problems with the order - it came well made, using the fabric requested and well packaged. Particularly like that we could have some swatches in advance to be sure of what we were ordering. Happy to recommend

May 14,2022I ordered a bespoke divan base, made and customised to fit an antique bed frame. After an initial glitch; which was handled with professionalism and courtesy, I quickly received a well crafted base. It has yet to deployed as I am waiting for the mattresses from another company but am hopeful all will be well.

May 08,2022I ordered a super king size bed from British Beds. This was after going to many retailers. Either the high street shops don't have stock or the colour or style. British bed direct had everything i wanted in bed. Ordering was a breeze, delivery as promised ahead of schedule in 2 weeks and easy to assemble. It was delivered in the room of my choice on first floor. After assembly there was a slight niggle but Taz arranged for Brian to come and sort that in few days. Highly recommend if you are in market for a new bed.

May 04,2022Unfortunately the nuts for installing the bedhead were missing. A quick phone call remedied this but had to wait a couple of days for them to arrive. Pleased with the headboard though and would use you again

May 03,2022Great choice of beds and a very efficient friendly service. I was able to chose all the elements to fit my room and needs. Excellent high quality mattress. The actual delivery experience was less good which is why I haven’t given it 5 stars. I had informed the company that the bedroom was on the top floor of a Victorian house but they didn’t want to take it up. It was sorted in the end. Nor did they take any of the wrapping material so there was a lot to dispose of. Previously other bed companies have taken the bed to the correct room with no quibbles, assembled it and and taken all the packaging.
