May 02,2022The mattress and storage divan are well made and comfortable for our guest room. Just be aware the company, on their website claims to deliver within 10 days of purchase which in our case was not true. Once items are available they are handed over to a courier company which extends delivery time even more.

May 02,2022My first experience with British Beds Direct and I am delighted with the fast service and the otterman king size bed I received. It was delivered 2 weeks after ordering complete with headboard in matching fabric and mattress which I had also chosen. The quality of the bed is excellent and I like to support a British company too. All products have a long guarantee which is reassuring too. I would definitely return to this company if I needed to purchase another bed as the prices here are much more "economical" than most of the other suppliers which I considered. It's a "yes" from me!

Apr 30,2022This is the second base I have ordered. Ordering the bed base was easy. Large choice of fabrics to choose from unlike other retailers we had looked at. Was happy to wait the 10 days for the base knowing it was being made to order. On arrival I was surprised to see delivery was by a single man when the website and packaging on base stated it required a two man delivery. The delivery guy was not happy about carrying it upstairs on his own but I was unable to help. Quality of base and material very good. I am happy to recommend to others.

Apr 30,2022We had a head board made from British Beds Direct . We were really impressed with the quality so we also ordered a blanket box. Both times we requested samples so that we would be sure that we had the correct colour and texture of the material used. I would certainly recommend British Beds Direct , they were fast and efficient and the quality was excellent.
