Sep 05,2023Terrible customer service! I read all the reviews and was encouraged to get broadband through your website and it was a deal with £60 voucher that I still haven’t received a single email for. Emailed twice and no answer Is there any customer service at all????

Aug 31,2023I think due to my computer set-up my broadband switch via broadband genie did not automatically get entered into the system. However on communicating with both Charlotte and Rachel from the customer service department my claim was entered manually and has been processed. I can't thank both ladies enough for their help and and actions. I would use broadband genie again and can recommend the company.
