BEWARE!!! I took out a BT broadband package through BroadbandGenie which was supposed to give a £50 Amazon voucher + £110 prepaid mastercard from BT which I could claim through BT rewards. Neither of these have happened and my rewards account is still empty. I would not recommend purchasing a broadband package through BroadbandGenie!

I swapped broadband to Vodaphone who were offering a £100 Amazon voucher, I didn't see voucher email and when I contacted Vodaphone they said it was a third party offer and nothing to do with them. The Vodaphone contract ended so I have changed to Now broadband, no gimmicks just a good monthly price.
Similar to other reviewers I also found a deal in March 2023 for Shell Broadband offering a £100 amazon gift voucher to be issued between 90 and 120 days. I signed up, had a successful transfer to Shell, paid by direct debit every month on time and waited for the voucher. When the voucher didn't appear in my In Box or in my junk mail I contacted Shell. They looked into this, and explained as the deal was made through third party SaleCyle it was not their responsibility. The also informed me that they do not issue vouchers through SaleCyle and I will not receive the voucher. I researched all deal options at the time very carefully. My only error it now seems was not taking a screen shot of the deal. Why would I? - trusting Broadband Genie to be a reputable comparison website. I will not make that mistake again. I factored in the value of the voucher against the monthly costs and now am left with an 18month deal at a higher rate than expected and nothing I can do. I would not recommend Broadband Genie.
