Jan 21,2025I ordered a 3 Bangle package and didn't realize that the sizes wasnt going to be the same as the 1st Bangle (my mistake). So i contacted them to see if I could get the other 2 readjusted. They responded then went ABOVE and BEYOND to resolve the issue by letting me order the other 2 bangles that I couldn't fit for a shipping cost! I'm very thankful for them working with me. Thank you Buddhastoneshop, you got yourself a lifetime costumer!

There was a slight hiccup with sizing (my fault) but I received prompt help to resolve the issue and couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you very much!

Jan 19,2025Die Ware ist zwar gut an sich. Also für n Stein. Aber die Lieferung ist eine Enttäuschung. Hab 31 Tage gewartet. Auf der Seite steht 5 Tage verpacken und 12 Tage Lieferung. Wer verpackt 5 Tage. Wie ist das möglich. Da lieber bei Amazon bestellen das kommt schneller an. Ich dachte wegen der Bedeutung wäre es vom Sinne her besser aber liegt da auch vermutlich nur in einem Warenhaus rum wie Amazon. Dann lieber über Amazon bestellen. Hier weiß man dass es schnell kommt. Einmal und nie wieder!!

Jan 19,2025Great Prompt Service I had ordered to pair of jade earrings and a jade bangle. These were a gift for a friend and unfortunately the bangle was too small. I contacted the Buddha stone shop and they responded promptly and with kindness. They sent a guild for measuring correctly and suggested they would be willing to send the correct size, so long as I was prepared to pay for the postage. I was happy to do so. I have reiterated the outcome to family and friends of the wonderful service and great products being sold. Kind thanks to all at the Buddhastoneshop.com.
