May 29,2024Order no UKBS6587 Delivery took over 2 weeks, the product came directly from China despite the website implying it was an English company. I believed the cushion covers came with the cushions for £65 - they don't - and the quality of what looked liked woven covers is vile. I paid for double sided fabric and got single! A TOTAL waste of £65 - Gutted!

May 16,2024The ring I bought is supposed to be red corundum. It is either red plastic or red glass. I am a Gemogy student with the GIA, and this is in no way corundum. You can even see bubbles in the glass. Don't buy from these people and get scammed.

You can use the jewellery for any occasion. The fabric of their clothes is just top of the top. And the prices are fabolous for this quality. The leather is superior, and the black onyx is impressive. Shipment of the order was prompt. I had a question and Buddha's Stones customer service was quick to respond to the question. I will not hesitate to order again from Buddha Stones.

May 30,2024What seemed on the surface like a company that supports local communities by buying their handmade products slowly materialised as a for-profit operation. It should have been clear when you browse the website and spot too many 2 for 1 deals. The first issue is that shipping takes ages. From paying for your order it takes 5 business days to ship the product and then another week for it to arrive in the UK. The bracelet I ordered came apart after a month of wearing and does not seem like a quality product. Furthermore, returning the product is a real hassle. You pay for the return which is about £15 with Evri to China. Then you have to take initiative to ask customer service for a refund even though they received the return a month ago. On top of that the company wanted to deduct £2.99 for return shipping. I do not believe the companies' story nor that anything else is genuine about this store. Avoid and visit Tibet instead.
