Apr 22,2025The website was easy to follow and the price for my car insurance was very competitive. What decided me was the fact that I am able to telephone and speak to someone.My present insurers were on line only and only able to communicate via a chat line.

Apr 22,2025Charged me 70 pounds then cancelled my policy and now charging me 32 pound for what I don't know i phoned up only to get attitude (twice) then put the phone down on me absolute sham of a ccompany no phone call back I've never dealt with an insurance company as bad as these had me running round in circles sending details over (twice again) just for them to cancel needs looking into

Apr 19,2025Would help if your help desk spoke ENGLISH with a clearer accent , and there was not a delay in response , a 5/10 second delay. Too many details and delays before you get to speak to the help desk. Having been cut off twice , a return phone call would have appreciated .

Apr 19,2025Went with budgetinsurance as they were the cheapest of the bunch but had insurance with them a while back and had no problems and all was smooth,I would recommend them for ease of getting insurance sorted and a little cheaper than rest.

Apr 18,2025Took out a policy two months ago without a problem and paid up front. I have just changed my car with an updated model of a Skoda but was advised they couldn't cover it. They offered to cover the new vehicle under new policy at £700. Completed a search online and found quotes starting from £296. Cover placed elsewhere. Phoned to cancel policy and was charged a fee to cancel inaddition to an admin fee. Unreasonable charges for their restricted practice. Had a similar experience with a sister company of BISL, this was resolved to my satisfaction but not this time. One star review is one star to many. Beware you only get to know what a company is like when you claim or make changers. Hats off to Admiral. After having a response to my original review the experience has not improved!!! Just glad I didn't need to make a claim against the policy as the company standards are so low. They will happily take your money but hive a good service. I will never use this company again.
