Apr 16,2025Disgusting company, I was a victom of fraud, they emptied my bank account on pay day, thus meaning my direct debits all failed, including my car insurance, so I contacted them, but get told that I will be charged £20 late fee, and they will also collect the payment again on the 24th, and if that fails, they will cancel my policy and charge me a further £45. I explained I get paid on the 25th, so can they wait, the agent did not care at all and just told me to ring them after it fails. All for the sake of a few days that they could wait. I could not even buy food shopping for the kids, let alone pay £65 in charges. I haven't missed a payment in years, this has guaranteed that I will not be renewing with them. Earlier in the year, they charged me a £30 fee and increased my policy by £5 a month for moving 1 street away, claiming things like the crime rate was different.
